Esther Ahulu
Professional Biography
Esther Ahulu is a Programmes Manager with the Technology for Good Governance Team. She has over a decade of experience in programme design and implementation, network building, human rights advocacy and stakeholder engagement.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Sociology from the University of Pune, India.
Esther has extensive experience working with duty bearers at national and local levels, civil society organisations, media actors, and communities to advance human rights and accountable governance. Her expertise spans programme development, capacity building, media engagement, public education, and partnership building.
She is passionate about promoting and protecting freedom of expression, access to information, and information integrity, and is committed to developing practical solutions that contribute to more informed, inclusive, and accountable societies.
