This baseline survey report, conducted as part of the Voters’ Compass project, examines the role of political manifestos in shaping voter decisions ahead of Ghana’s 2024 elections. The study explores voter awareness, trust in manifesto promises, and the key issues Ghanaians expect political parties to address. With economic concerns ranking highest, alongside corruption and infrastructure development, the findings offer valuable insights for political actors and voters alike. The report serves as a foundation for the Voters’ Compass platform, which aims to enhance informed voting by aligning voter priorities with party policies.
